Terms of Website Use
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms on which you may make use of the website www.psion.com ("the Site"), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using the Site.

The Site is operated by Psion Plc and its subsidiary Psion Inc ("Psion). Psion Plc is registered in England and Wales under company number 01520131 and its registered office is at 1st Floor, 22 Soho Square, London W1D 4NS, United Kingdom. Psion Inc is registered in Canada and its registered office is at 2100 Meadowvale Blvd. Mississauga, Ontario L5N 7J9, Canada.
2. Accessing the Site
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis and Psion reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the Site without notice (see below). You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All material (including without limitation photographs) published on the Site by Psion is subject to the copyright ownership of Psion or its licensors and may not be reproduced in any format and in any circumstances without the prior written consent of an authorized person within Psion. Users of the Site may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, and temporarily store such content in electronic form on disk as a normal part of that retrieval and display. Permanent storage, copying or re-distribution of these pages or their contents is prohibited unless clearly indicated on the relevant section of the Site that content is available for download or reuse.
All intellectual property, including without limitation, patents, copyright, designs, trademarks ("Intellectual Property"), relating to Psion Products and work product created in respect of such Products, including but not limited to, functional design or Product customizations, are and shall remain Psion's exclusive property or the exclusive property of Psion's third party licensors.
The trade marks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of Psion or other third parties. Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Psion or such third party which may own the Mark.
4. Products and Services Availability
Because international information is provided at this Site, not all products or programs mentioned will be available in your country. Please contact your local sales representative for information as to products and services available in your country.
5. The Site Changes Regularly
Psion aims to update the Site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, Psion may suspend access to the Site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and Psion is under no obligation to update such material. Psion may change the programs or products or any other content mentioned at any time without notice. Mention of non-Psion products or services is for information purposes only.

Psion assumes no responsibility for and makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Site. Commentary and other materials posted on the Site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. Psion therefore disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to the Site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

7. Information about you and your visits to the Site
Psion processes information about you in accordance with our privacy policy: By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
8. Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you commit a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
Psion will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
9. Linking to the Site
The Site must not be framed on or linked to any other site without Psion's prior written consent. Psion reserves the right to withdraw any permission granted to you to do so without notice.

Psion reserves the right to change, at any time, in its sole discretion, the terms under which use of the Site is offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms.
